Quesadillas

Sue and I made the best quesadillas last night from this recipe. Ours didn't turn out nearly as beautiful but I bet they tasted just as good.

My stove has an awesome griddle that we used and then we dined al fresco. You can't beat a nice dinner, good company, and a lovely view.
